No Bake Pineapple Dream Dessert

Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 20 graham crackers crushed
  • For the Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
For the Garnish:
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple drained
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Mix well.
  3. Press the crust mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  6. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth.
  7. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  9. Sprinkle diced pineapple and shredded coconut over the top.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or until fully set.
