In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth.
Stir in the drained crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust.
Sprinkle diced pineapple and shredded coconut over the top.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or until fully set.
