Course: Dessert, Snack, Treat
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 box orange Jell-O
  • 1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 8-oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 11 oz canned mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 ½ cups mini pastel marshmallows
Optional garnish:
  • extra mandarin oranges marshmallows, fresh mint

Method

Dissolve the Jell-O:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the orange Jell-O and add 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until completely dissolved.
Add cold water & chill:
  1. Stir in ½ cup cold water. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill for 20 minutes to allow the mixture to slightly set.
Mix in pudding:
  1. Once chilled, add the instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix to the Jell-O. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Chill again for 20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens slightly.
Fold in fluff ingredients:
  1. Gently fold in the Cool Whip, drained mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows until evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix—you want to keep it light and fluffy.
Chill before serving:
  1. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let the flavors meld and the texture firm up.
Garnish & serve:
  1. Before serving, optionally garnish with a few extra mandarin orange slices, marshmallows, or a sprig of fresh mint for a festive touch.
  2. Enjoy!
