Method
Dissolve the Jell-O:
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the orange Jell-O and add 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until completely dissolved.
Add cold water & chill:
- Stir in ½ cup cold water. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill for 20 minutes to allow the mixture to slightly set.
Mix in pudding:
- Once chilled, add the instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix to the Jell-O. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Chill again for 20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens slightly.

Fold in fluff ingredients:
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip, drained mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows until evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix—you want to keep it light and fluffy.

Chill before serving:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let the flavors meld and the texture firm up.

Garnish & serve:
- Before serving, optionally garnish with a few extra mandarin orange slices, marshmallows, or a sprig of fresh mint for a festive touch.
