Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 1–2 minutes, allowing the spices to bloom and coat the meat evenly. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the refried beans and pico de gallo (or salsa) until smooth and well combined.
Spread the bean mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the bean layer, then sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Finish with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, or any additional taco-style toppings before slicing and serving.
