Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the shrimp:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the shrimp:
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the sauce:
- Pour the white wine (or chicken broth) into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream. Allow to simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.

Combine pasta and sauce:
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it thoroughly in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the bake:
- Transfer the pasta mixture into a large baking dish. Arrange the cooked shrimp evenly on top. Sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the shrimp and pasta.

Bake:
- Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.

Serve:
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

- Enjoy!
