Cook spaghetti:
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare meat sauce:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease, then stir in pasta sauce. Set aside.
Mix spaghetti with cream cheese:
- In a large bowl, combine hot spaghetti, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cream cheese melts and coats the pasta.

Assemble casserole:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the meat sauce in the bottom. Layer the spaghetti mixture over it, then top with the remaining meat sauce.

Add cheese topping:
- Sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella evenly over the top.

Bake:
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
