Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. box Stove Top stuffing
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup ketchup divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, stuffing, eggs, water, and ¼ cup ketchup until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 55 minutes, then let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
