Method
Preheat the oven:
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the beef:
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
Season the beef:
- Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir for 2–3 minutes until the seasoning is well combined and the meat is flavorful.
Prepare the bean layer:
- In a small bowl, mix together the refried beans and pico de gallo (or salsa) until evenly combined.
Assemble the pizza:
- Spread the bean mixture evenly over the pizza crust. Layer the seasoned ground beef on top, then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the meat.

Bake:
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Add fresh toppings:
- Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, green onions, and a drizzle of sour cream. Add any additional toppings you like.

Serve:
- Slice and enjoy immediately!
