Cook the bacon:

Prepare the base:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and ranch dressing seasoning. Stir until smooth and fully blended.

Add bacon:
- Fold the cooked bacon pieces into the mixture until evenly distributed.

Serve:
