Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, olive oil, dried onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, cumin, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until evenly combined.
Add eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs to the bowl. Using clean hands, mix everything together until fully incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan. Pat it into shape so it forms an even loaf.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
Remove meatloaf from the oven after 35 minutes. Pour the glaze evenly over the top. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve warm.
Enjoy!
