Method
Preheat Oven:
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Season and Combine:
- Reduce the heat to low and add the taco seasoning, stirring to coat the beef evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Add Corn and Cheese Soup:
- Stir in the drained corn and the nacho cheese soup, mixing until everything is well combined. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Assemble the Casserole:
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the top.

Bake:
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are lightly golden and cooked through.
Add Cheese:
- Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar evenly on top. Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Serve:
- Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, straight from the pan!

- Enjoy!
