- Light brown sugar
- Butter, salted
- Milk
- Light corn syrup
- Maple Extract
- Confectioners Sugar

Step 1. Add butter, brown sugar, and milk into a saucepan. Cook over medium-high and mix constantly to avoid burning the mixture.
Step 2. Add maple extract and corn syrup when the sugar dissolves and whisk well to combine. Remove from heat.
Step 3. Add the confectioners’ sugar to a mixing bowl and add the mixture from the saucepan. Whisk until mixed.
Step 4. Add 3 cups of cooking oil to a frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat. While it is heating, take the biscuit dough and separate and flatten each piece.
Step 5. Cook two in heated oil for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes per side. You want the bars to have a nice light golden brown color.
Step 6. When ready, place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb the excess fat. Then, it is time to return to the glaze. Mix it to make sure it is not hardened. Pour glaze over the fried dough. Let it set and serve.
