- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into French fry shapes.
- Toss with the oil, minced fresh garlic, and some salt and pepper.
- Arrange the fries on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once halfway through.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan and serve right away.
