Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

This delicious recipe makes the most wonderful fries. Forget fry seasoning which is basically half sugar anyway and instead add your own garlic and grated parmesan for the best flavor ever.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into French fry shapes.
  3. Toss with the oil, minced fresh garlic, and some salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan and serve right away.
