- 1 lb Extra Lean Beef 80 / 20
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Minced
- 1 lg Purple Onion Diced
- 1 15 oz Can Of Corn Drained
- 1 15 oz Can of Black Beans Drained
- 1 Can Of Fat-Free Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Colby Cheddar Shredded
- ½ cup Skim Milk
- ¼ cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
- 1 30 oz Bag Of Frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
- Add the ground beef, minced garlic, and onion to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 6 minutes.
- Drain the excess grease from the beef.
- Mix the mushroom soup, skim milk, and sour cream in a small bowl.
- Pour the milk mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
- Add drained corn and black beans. Stir well.
- Take the greased baking dish and layer the tater tots on the bottom. Add half of the mixture from the skillet over them and spread it evenly.
- Add one cup of shredded cheese to the baking dish’s meat mixture.
- Repeat the layers.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
