How to make Cowboy Casserole:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
Step 2. Add the ground beef, minced garlic, and onion to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 6 minutes.
Step 3. Drain the excess grease from the beef.
