- 8 oz. Dried beef in a jar chopped into pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 C. Milk
- ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Add the 2 tablespoons to a skier over medium heat. Stir until melted.
- Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the melted butter in the skillet.
- Use a whisk to mix and break down any lumps. Cook the sauce for 2 minutes or until creamy and fully cooked.
- Add the milk gradually while constantly whisking.
- Next, add the heavy whipping cream while continuing to whisk
- Season with pepper.
- Turn the heat to medium and bring the sauce to a simmer, whisking frequently to prevent burning and ensure a smooth consistency.
- When the sauce is thick, add the dried beef to the skillet and mix.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve the cream-chipped beef on toast.
