And the best thing? It is a simple and easy recipe made in one pan. If you’re looking for a quick, easy dinner offering nutrients, this will become your go-to choice.

Serve it with a simple side dish and enjoy a healthy meal during those busy weeknights.

What makes this recipe so unique?

The cooking process makes this recipe unique and adds tons of flavor. Cooking the fish in a mix of melted butter and olive oil is not a cricreatesust and infuses the fish with a buttery aroma. Seasoning the filets generously with seafood seasoning helps build a strong flavor profile. We combine this fantastic combination with capers and lemon for a unique touch.

What to serve it with?

The pan-seared fish filets pair nicely with so many side dishes. Carbs are an obvious choice for serving with fish, so mashed potatoes are a classic option. But you can prepare a fancy dinner for those special evenings. A side of steamed spinach and or roasted veggies add freshness to this dish. How about steamed green beans tossed in melted butter to complement the flavors? It is an excellent option for a healthy homemade dinner. Couscous with lemon and herbs adds a unique twist to this recipe.

What salad to serve with it?

Pair the fish with a nutritious salad if you’re going for a healthy and light meal. A fresh option is a quinoa salad with tomato, cucumber, and feta cheese. A creamy coleslaw is another excellent choice to consider. For summer parties, pair it with a refreshing cucumber salad.

Can I make it ahead of time?

Yes, you can prepare your pan-seared fish filets ahead of time and enjoy them when you are feeling hungry or have guests over. Store the fish in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat it before serving.
