Pepperoni Pizza Bread

The simple and easy cooking process that doesn’t sacrifice taste makes this recipe unique. Once you try it, you will always have a loaf of frozen bread dough ready in the freezer. It will become your go-to recipe when you have no inspiration for cooking. 

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf frozen bread dough defrosted
  • ½ lb. Deli sliced pepperoni
  • 2 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted and melted
  • A bit of flour for rolling out the dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. Sprinkle some flour over the working surface and roll out the defrosted bread dough. Form a rectangular shape with ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the rolled dough. 
  4. Layer the pepperoni slices over the mozzarella. 
  5. Roll the dough on the inside to form a log. Place on the baking sheet. 
  6. Brush the pepperoni pizza bread with melted butter. 
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it is brown. Slice and enjoy.
