Victory’s Tater Tot Casserole

Crispy tater tots, ooey-gooey melted cheese and meaty ground beef pair up with corn, nacho cheese soup, and taco seasoning to make a show-stopping casserole that you might want to make for taco Tuesday, for one of those busy weeknights or for a lazy weekend. 

There is nothing difficult about making this easy 6-ingredient casserole, and the whole family will love it. You can always tweak the ingredients, subbing ground pork or turkey for the beef or adding some chopped jalapenos to spice it up a little. But it’s also perfectly delicious just the way it is.

  • Ground beef
  • Corn, drained
  • Taco seasoning
  • Tater tots
  • Nacho cheese soup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

How to make Victory’s Tater Tot Casserole:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2. Brown the beef in a skillet until completely browned then drain off the excess fat.

Step 3. Turn the heat down and stir in the taco seasoning.

Step 4. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 5. Stir in the soup and corn and cook for 2 minutes more.

Step 6. Pour the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Step 7. Top with the tater tots then bake for 45 minutes.

Step 8. Top with shredded cheese.

Then, bake for 5 minutes more, then serve hot.
