Victory’s Tater Tot Casserole

We all want to be welcomed with a plate full of warm food after a long day. However, preparing dinner after an exhausting day is tough. The Victory’s Tater Tot Casserole is one of your go-to recipes for the days you don’t feel like cooking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 1 Package taco seasoning
  • 1 Can corn drained
  • 1 Can nacho cheese soup
  • 32 oz. Bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the ground beef over medium-high in a skillet. Cook until brown, and drain the excess grease. Add taco seasoning and cook on low for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the nacho cheese soup and canned corn. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture from the skillet to your casserole dish.
  4. Add the frozen tater tots over the cooked beef, forming an even layer. Cook for 45 minutes and remove from the oven.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and bake for 5 minutes or until melted.
