- 2 lbs. Ground beef
- 1 Package taco seasoning
- 1 Can corn drained
- 1 Can nacho cheese soup
- 32 oz. Bag frozen tater tots
- 1 ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the ground beef over medium-high in a skillet. Cook until brown, and drain the excess grease. Add taco seasoning and cook on low for 3 minutes.
- Add the nacho cheese soup and canned corn. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture from the skillet to your casserole dish.
- Add the frozen tater tots over the cooked beef, forming an even layer. Cook for 45 minutes and remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and bake for 5 minutes or until melted.
