These 5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls are a game-changer if you enjoy decadent desserts that come together quickly. These rolls have a rich cheesecake filling that makes the center creamy, while the outside is perfectly soft, sweet, and bursting with fresh blueberry flavor. They are perfect for weekend brunches, potlucks, or even a simple weeknight indulgence because they are the ideal balance between a breakfast treat and a dessert. The finest aspect? You only need five basic ingredients and a few hours of cooking time to create a delicious, golden-baked treat.

What Makes This Recipe My Favorite?

I love this recipe because it’s easy, quick, and delicious. It has just five ingredients and provides the ideal balance of soft, buttery pastry and tart, creamy cheesecake filling. Additionally, it has a lovely burst of flavor that makes every bite feel like summer thanks to the pop of frozen or fresh blueberries. This recipe is ideal for both inexperienced bakers and seasoned dessert enthusiasts because it impresses without causing stress.

Serving Recommendations

For optimal enjoyment, serve these rolls warm. You can eat them by themselves or with a dollop of whipped cream, honey, or powdered sugar. They are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a late-night snack because they also go very well with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Freezing and Storage

Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Wrap each roll separately in plastic wrap and put them in a freezer-safe bag to freeze. To restore that freshly baked softness, reheat in the oven for a few minutes or thaw at room temperature before serving.

Differences

Although the traditional blueberry version is ideal, this recipe can be used in a variety of ways. For a fun twist, replace the blueberries with chocolate chips, raspberries, or even strawberries. A small amount of lemon zest can also be added to the cheesecake filling to add a zesty, bright taste. After baking, drizzle with a simple glaze or cream cheese icing for an even more decadent touch.

Amazing desserts don’t have to be difficult, as demonstrated by these 5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls. They are going to become a household favorite because they are soft, creamy, and full of delicious fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Starting at the wide end, carefully roll each triangle toward the point, tucking in the sides as needed to keep the filling inside.
  7. Place the filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature.
