Step 1. Put the meat, egg, half a chopped onion, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, bacon, and some salt and black pepper in a bowl.


Step 2. Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined.
Step 3. Shape the meat mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and dip them in the flour.

Step 4. Heat the oil in a skillet over a moderate to high heat.

Step 5. Brown the patties on both sides, then set them to one side.
