There’s something undeniably satisfying about a dish that’s quick to prepare, bursting with flavor, and feels elegant enough for guests yet simple enough for a weeknight dinner. Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp hits all those marks. This recipe combines the rich, savory taste of Parmesan cheese with the aromatic punch of garlic, all balanced with a hint of lemon and fresh parsley. The best part? It takes just about 10 minutes in the oven, making it perfect for busy evenings, last-minute dinner plans, or even a fancy appetizer for your next gathering. Whether served over pasta, tossed into a salad, or enjoyed straight from the pan, this shrimp recipe is pure comfort and indulgence in every bite.

Why do I love this recipe?
I love this recipe because it’s quick, simple, and endlessly versatile. The shrimp cook in just minutes yet manage to absorb all the garlic and Parmesan flavors beautifully. It’s a dish that feels gourmet but requires minimal effort, which makes it a go-to when I want something flavorful without spending hours in the kitchen. Plus, the combination of garlic, Parmesan, and a splash of lemon is irresistibly delicious and universally loved.

Serving suggestions
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp can be served in so many ways. Spoon it over a bed of linguine or spaghetti for a quick pasta dinner. Add it to a fresh green salad or a warm quinoa bowl for a lighter meal. You can even serve it as an appetizer with a side of garlic bread or crusty baguette to soak up all the garlicky, cheesy goodness.

Storage & Freezing
Leftover shrimp can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Because shrimp cook quickly and can become rubbery if reheated too long, it’s best to reheat them gently in a skillet over medium-low heat. Freezing cooked shrimp isn’t ideal as it can affect texture, but you can freeze uncooked, seasoned shrimp before roasting for up to 3 months.

Variations of the recipe
This recipe is very adaptable. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, sprinkle smoked paprika for a smoky twist, or use lemon zest to boost the citrusy brightness. You can also switch Parmesan for Pecorino Romano or Asiago cheese for a different flavor profile.

Whether served as a main dish, side, or appetizer, Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp is a simple, flavorful recipe that never fails to impress.
