It contains a few simple ingredients such as flour, baking powder, salt milk, vanilla sugar and eggs. The chances you already have these in your pantry are huge, so there is no excuse not to make this from scratch. What makes this recipe so unique?

The homemade recipe for the funnel cake batter is what marks this recipe so special. It is ideal if you want to make yours from scratch instead of using the store’s mix. For easier shaping we recommend you to transfer the batter into an empty and clean condiment bottle. You can also go for a piping bag with a proper tip. Serve with powdered sugar on top and enjoy them while still hot aligned iht melted marshmallow dip.

Can I substitute the marshmallow dip?

The marshmallow dip perfectly contrasts the crunchy cake fries, but you can switch it with other options to suit your taste. You can also serve them with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Chocolate sauce or ganache also work fine if you’re going for the decadent and rich flavor. How about drizzling them with some rich and sweet caramel sauce? With so many options you can always find the right balance of flavors to accompany your funnel cake fries.
