- Egg
- Garlic Powder

- Brown Gravy Mix
- Onion Chopped
- Mushrooms Sliced
- Water
- Flour
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Add the ground beef, Onion, garlic powder, egg, breadcrumbs, bacon, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2. Knead the patty mixture with your hands until incorporated.
Step 3. Shape the ground beef mixture into four patties. Dip each patty in flour.
Step 4. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the prepared beef patties on both sides until brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 5. Now, it is time to prepare the gravy. Add one chopped Onion to the skillet with the grease from the patties and set the heat to medium. Cook until tender.
Step 6. Mix ¼ cups of flour and water in a small bowl. Pour the flour mixture into the skillet with the onions. Add the Worcestershire sauce and gravy mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
Step 7. Add sliced mushrooms and patties into the skillet with the sauce. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
