  • Yellow cake mix
  • Water
  • Oil

How to make Lemon cake:

STEP 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

STEP 2. Beat all the cake ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

STEP 3. Spoon the cake batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

STEP 4. Whisk the glaze ingredients together and pour this over the warm cake.

STEP 5. Let the glaze set and the cake fully cool and then serve.
