- Grated Parmesan cheese

- Italian spice

- Garlic clove, minced

How to make Baked Zucchini Fries:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2. Slice the zucchini into 4 equal pieces and quarter each one. You will end up with a total of 16 pieces.
Step 2. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
Step 4. Add the grated parmesan, Italian spice, and garlic Italian in a medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 5. Take one zucchini pie and dip it in the beaten egg. Then, toss it in the parmesan herb mixture.
